Am I Pregnant?

There are a number of pregnancy symptoms women notice in the early weeks of pregnancy. While no symptom in itself is specific to pregnancy, a combination of these symptoms could indicate it. Symptoms vary woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy, so the only way to be sure is to take a pregnancy test.

If you think you may be pregnant and are ready to take a pregnancy test, schedule your free pregnancy test appointment today.

What if I’ve already taken an
at-home test?

If you’ve already had a positive result on an at-home pregnancy test, we still recommend you come in for our pregnancy testing services. At-home pregnancy tests have a margin for error, and you could have had a false positive. It’s important to know for sure before considering your options.

How does pregnancy testing work?

Our lab-quality pregnancy testing detects high levels of hCG in the urine. The hormone hCG is present after the fertilized egg is implanted in the uterus.

How soon will a pregnancy test read positive?

A pregnancy test can detect hCG as early as between 12 and 14 days after having sex. The results will be available immediately following your pregnancy test at Center for Women.

Girl happy to learn that Center For Women offers free pregnancy testing.

My Next Steps?

If you tested positive after pregnancy testing at our center, your next step will be to have an ultrasound procedure. An ultrasound will provide you with necessary information about your health so that you know all that you need to make the best decision possible for you.

Center for Women provides no-cost services to women who are or think they might be unexpectedly pregnant. Schedule an appointment with us today for no-cost pregnancy testing.
